The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone is the nineteenth installment of the infamous game Legend of Zelda series designed and developed by Hidemaro Fujibayashi and Eiji Aonuma of Nintendo EPD and published by Nintendo. This game is of action-adventure genre which provides vast amount of experimentation and exploration that features amiibo functionality. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone is as remarkable as it is enormous where you can play by figuring out pretty much everything for yourself. This installment takes place after the events of Ocarina of Time with which most of the players are probably familiar, hence the Temple of Time being in ruins. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone starts with the main character Link suddenly waking up from his hundred years of sleep inside the Shrine of Resurrection of the Great Plateau where he is greeted by a mysterious female voice through the ruins of the place which is known as Hyrule. Hyrule was destroyed by a very powerful evil being called Calamity Ganon who came to the place hundred years ago. Although trapped for the present, in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone, the Calamity Ganon is constantly gaining power and becoming strong enough to get out of the trap soon. So before this can happen, in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone,  Link must defeat it. But he is amnesiac, thus doesn’t remember his past and about what is going on. He has to unlock these memories so that he can take right decisions and also remember princess Zelda.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone provides a vast open world for Link to explore. He can do so by walking, climbing or paragliding. Along with the open world, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone game is packed with physics engine (you can use your mind to make profitable materials out of the available stuffs), high definition visuals (lot of improvements for its predecessor games), and voice acting. There are various adverse environment and barriers that try to stop Link from succeeding.  These can be the enemies that support Calamity Ganon, harsh weathers, road blockade etc. To defend himself against the barriers in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone, Link has to use foods, weapons, alternative routes. He can take hold of a variety of weapons and armor allowing for adaptation to the ever changing environment of Hyrule and the tactics used by different enemies in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone. The weapons will break after a certain time, so Link has to constantly acquire new weapons like the strong swords available or mostly by gaining from the enemies. Besides of minor changes, the controls in the game are suggestive of previous games of the Zelda series.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone has single player mode of game play. There are 15 chapters that come under the main quest which start from the Great Plateau to the Hyrule Castle. These are the key points to the story that include freeing the Divine Beasts and destroying Calamity Ganon. Beside the main quests, there are shrine quests and side quests in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone. You have to complete the shrine quests so that you can unlock the 42 hidden shrines. There are 76 side quests which are given by the characters in Hyrule. In The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone, there are also Memories that are 18 in number which includes the 12 captured memories main quest. These add details to the storyline and the events that occurred 100 years ago. But unlike the previous games of the series, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone doesn’t enforce a specific order in which quests or dungeons have to be compulsorily solved with the exception of completing the starting chapter. It is even possible to challenge Ganon right after leaving the starting area although this is not encouraged because the player may miss out so much and Link may not be prepared for a victory. Not only this, the puzzles in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wind for windows phone can also be solved in different ways as it encourages creativity from the player.
